I joined Strive in 2020 as the 10th employee and only designer. I built out user research and UX design from the ground up. In April 2021, we were acquired by FranklinCovey. Since then, I've worked to scale the Strive platform out to thousands of organizations as the FranklinCovey Impact Platform.
